Master Huang Deyou is a tea expert with more than 20 years of experience in both tea agriculture and tea making, mainly in Fujian and Hubei Provinces, China. One day, tired to work for someone else in a random farm in his native Fujian, decided to accept the invitation of a friend, and moved to Xianfeng County, Hubei, where we met in his factory cooperative in Spring 2024. He is a very unselfish, generous,  hospitable person, who is always eager to share his knowledge about tea, which is truly universal. In Baiyen Village cooperative, of which he is a manager, they make pristine white tea cakes, green tea of the Maofeng variety, and red tea with the leaves of the old tea trees that Huang rediscovered in an exploration with the local villagers. You can taste thousand years of primitive forest growth in his great tea.
