Kong Shi Cooperative is a family activity that connects three generations. The grandfather Kong is still in the factory baking tea by hand in the woks, with the use of camelia oil and fine and delicate movements that need decades to be tuned. We love to work with them and support them in their work, also because it is the first organic cooperative registered in XuanEn County, Hubei Province, by EU independent bodies. But even without this bureaucratic recognition, we love their green tea and the unique Pomelo-scented green, first flush, rolled with pomelo flowers, ideal for digestion, refreshment and delicious.
