Dahongpao, the big red robe, celebrated as the non plus ultra of Bohea Wuyi Mountains Yan Cha, perhaps called like that because first drunk by Buddhist Monks or Hermits-Literati who chose the mountains in the Ming-Qing Dynasty as their personal escape from the turmoils of the world. This is the most classic product by Master Xu and his Association of Tea Farmers, a welfare organization who is producing high quality tea in the most traditional way, with only local authentic varieties and organic methods of cultivation.
